At Shine and Print, we take pride in creating personalized, high-quality printed products just for you. Because each order is uniquely customized to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.
We understand that sometimes errors can occur, and we want to ensure your complete satisfaction. Therefore, while we don't typically accept returns or cancellations, we do have a policy in place to address specific situations:
Non-Returnable and Non-Cancellable Items:
Please understand that the following items are non-returnable and non-cancellable once the order has been confirmed and production has commenced:

Customized Printed Products: This includes, but is not limited to, items with personalized text, images, designs, or specific layouts that you have approved.

Bulk Orders: Orders placed in large quantities are also considered custom and are therefore non-returnable and non-cancellable once production begins.
Situations Where We Can Help:
While we generally don't accept returns or cancellations, we are committed to ensuring you receive a product that meets our quality standards and your expectations. We will gladly address the following situations:

Manufacturing Defects: If your received product has a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., misprinting, material flaws, incorrect assembly), please contact us within Three days of receiving your order. To help us resolve this quickly, please provide clear photographic evidence of the defect along with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if deemed a manufacturing defect, we will offer to reprint and reship the correct product to you at no additional cost.

Incorrect Item Received: If you receive a product that is significantly different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong design, wrong product type), please contact us within Three days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the incorrect item received. We will investigate and, if it's determined that we made an error, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.

Damage During Shipping: While we take great care in packaging your order, damages can occasionally occur during transit. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the damaged packaging before opening it. Once opened, if the product inside is also damaged, please take clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and contact us within three days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the photographs. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
Cancellation Policy:
Because our production process begins promptly after an order is placed to ensure timely delivery, we are generally unable to accommodate cancellations. Once your order has been confirmed and moved into production, it cannot be cancelled.
Important Considerations:

Review Your Design Carefully: We strongly encourage you to carefully review your design, text, and order details before submitting your order. Pay close attention to spelling, grammar, image placement, and sizing. What you approve during the order process is what will be produced.

Color Accuracy: Please be aware that while we strive for accurate color representation, slight variations may occur between what you see on your screen and the final printed product due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes. These minor color variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
